RETURN POLICY
We believe in integrity when it comes to quality! Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days with a dated receipt. If an item or part gets damaged or breaks, the customer has 30 days to return the item for a full refund, or 60 days to exchange with receipt. Any item that gets damaged after that time period is considered wear and tear by the customer, and shagbagg will not accept as a return or exchange.
