1. Overview
At SHAGBAGG, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below. Depending on the circumstances, accepted returns may be issued as store credit, a full exchange, or a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
SHAGBAGG reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• In original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
• All original tags still attached and packaging intact.
• Free of perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
• Accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.
3. Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
• Accessories (including scarves, belts, and jewelry).
• Items purchased using store credit.
• Items that have been altered, repaired, or customized.
• Gift cards.
4. Resolution options
Full refund or full exchange — issued when:
In these cases, please contact us at hello@shagbagg.com within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and process a full refund to your original payment method or a full exchange — your choice.
Store credit — issued when:
Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges.
• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered.
• You changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color.
• The item does not meet your personal preference.
• Any other reason not related to a SHAGBAGG error.
5. Return shipping costs
SHAGBAGG covers return shipping for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size ordered). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SHAGBAGG is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
6. How to initiate a return
Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• Email us at hello@shagbagg.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
• Once approved, ship your item(s) to the address provided in our approval email.
• Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
7. Store credit details
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3–5 business days. If approved for store credit:
• Store credit has no expiration date.
• Store credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Store credit may not be used on final sale items.
8. Refund processing
If a full refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at hello@shagbagg.com.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you would like a different size or color for other reasons, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be offered instead.
